Exchanges and Refunds are only accepted if
1) Product is wrong
2) Product is defective
Exchanges and Refunds are not entertained if:
1) Customer's negligence in buying the wrong item

2) Customer provides the wrong mailing address during checkout
3) Customer simply does not like the product
4) Customer does not want to wait very long for the item delivery
* NO refund/exchange is entertained 30 days after the purchase of a product
